Defibtech Lifeline VIEW AED Trainer | CPR-DTF-A2000EN
Defibtech Lifeline VIEW AED Trainer | CPR-DTF-A2000EN
The standalone Trainer VIEW is a dedicated training system used by AED training participants to learn how to be prepared for a sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) emergency. Training class participants are instructed in the use of an AED as part of a standard rescue protocol in the event someone suffers SCA. It is externally similar to a fully-functional Defibtech DDU-2000 Series Automated External Defibrillator (AED), known as the Lifeline VIEW and the Lifeline ECG, in form and operation but all rubberized exterior surfaces are red over-molding, instead of black, to clearly distinguish the unit as a training device that cannot be used to defibrillate a real patient. On power-up, the Trainer will default to operating in āAED Video Modeā which displays visual prompts throughout the rescue scenarios. The Trainer can be put into either āAED ECG Mode,ā which provides a non-diagnostic display of the heart rhythm, or āManual Mode,ā which allows overriding of the automatic features of the Trainer. A remote control is provided with the Trainer VIEW. It allows the instructor to control training exercises and functions from a distance. In addition, the remote control can be used to select from six representative training rescue scenarios.
Features
- Similar to Lifeline VIEW and the Lifeline ECG
- Several scenarios for representative training excercises
- Two modes: āAED ECG Modeā and āManual Modeā
Specifications
- Operated via remote control, included
- Rechargable battery
- Reusable training pads
